Engineering Co‑op – Fall 2026

August 17, 2026 – December 11, 2026

• Work with a mentor to accomplish established goals that support the business and offer learning opportunities.
• Complete innovative, technical assignments in areas such as New Product Introduction, Product Improvement, Modeling and Simulation, Advanced Development, Sourced Products, and Software Development.
• Attend development and training sessions to enhance technical knowledge and professional growth.
• Participate in networking and community volunteer projects.
• Optionally engage in events such as lunches, weekend activities, sports, and cookouts.

• Currently enrolled in an accredited university pursuing a bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering (Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering).
• May 2027 or later graduation date.
• Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States (no visa sponsorship).

• Ability to complete two or more co‑op rotations before graduation.
• Relevant coursework in engineering disciplines.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong analytical abilities.
• Desire and ability to learn continuously.
• Passion for engineering.
