• Set goals and objectives for your co-op rotation with your assignment leader.
• Lead teams across multiple levels of the business through influencing.
• Use initiative to find and develop process improvements.
• Assist your team with development and execution of project ideas.
• Develop and demonstrate analytical approach to problem solving.
• Demonstrate the ability to work independently.
• Set regular feedback sessions with your assignment leader.
• Travel required:
  
  0%–10% (depending on role).
• Hours and weekends:
  Some overtime and Saturdays may be required; start and end times vary; all roles are on the first shift (day shift may begin anytime between5:30AM–8:00AM).
• Reliable transportation to and from work daily is required.

• Currently enrolled in an accredited university pursuing a bachelor’s degree or better in Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical, Science or Chemical Engineering, or Supply Chain Management, or related degrees.
• Expected graduation May
  2027 or later.
• Cumulative GPA≥3.0 (out of4.0).
• Willingness to explore all facets of Supply Chain, including Manufacturing, Sourcing, Supplier Quality, Materials, Total Productive Maintenance, Lean, Distribution, Fulfillment, Consumer Operations, and Advanced Manufacturing.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States; no visa sponsorship available.

• Previous co-op or internship experience.
• Demonstrated leadership roles on campus or in the community.
• Analytical approach to problem solving, initiative, strong communication skills, effective teamwork, and coursework or related experience in major field of study.
