Manufacturing Assembly Operator — Lafayette, GA

We are looking for a Manufacturing Assembly Operator to join our team in Lafayette, GA. The role focuses on assembling and building quality cooking products for the Monogram®, GE®, GE Profile™ and CAFÉ™ brands.

Pay: $17.50 – $19.00 per hour, including a $1.50 shift differential for 2nd and 3rd shifts.

Shift times (choose one):

• 1st Shift – 6:30am – 3:00pm or 7:00am – 3:30pm (must be available for either start time)
• 2nd Shift – 2:30pm – 10:30pm (approximate)
• 3rd Shift – 7:30pm – 4:00am (immediate opening)

Operating various pieces of equipment on the assembly line to build cooking products. Tasks include:

• Handling parts to transfer, operate, or adjust production equipment
• Working in a fast‑paced team environment while adhering to safety rules, regulations and equipment requirements

• Legal authorization to work in the United States
• At least one year of work experience
• Minimum age 18 (17 for work‑based learning high school students)
• Pass a background check, drug screening and medical/physical screening
• Ability to perform essential functions: prolonged standing, frequent walking, reaching at waist level, pushing/pulling, repetitive grasping/squeezing/pinching with both hands, fine‑motor dexterity, neck flexion, use of air tools, overhead reaching, knee and floor level reach
• Ability to bend, stoop, squat, crouch, kneel, crawl, climb ladders or stairs, rotate neck, use vibratory tools
• Handling and lifting parts or equipment up to 25lbs for lifting/carriage and 25lbs for pushing/pulling
