Pediatric RN​/LPN - Private Duty Nursing; Trach

Job Description

Willow Grove Homecare is a nurse-owned and operated private duty nursing agency serving families across Northwest GA. We're looking for an RN or LPN with hands-on tracheostomy care experience to join our pediatric team and care for one of our families in Walker county.

Shift details: Days and weekend shifts available. Schedule varies and will be discussed based on the family's needs and your availability. Both full-time and part-time hours open.

What You'll Do

• Provide skilled one-on-one nursing care for a pediatric client with a tracheostomy
• Manage trach care, suctioning, and airway monitoring with confidence and a calm hand
• Support the full plan of care — feeding, medication administration, developmental activities, and family communication
• Document visits and care delivery through our EVV/scheduling system
• Work as part of a care team that takes time to match nurses with families based on fit, not just credentials

What We're Looking For

• Active Georgia RN or LPN license in good standing
• Required: hands-on experience with tracheostomy care (suctioning, trach changes, emergency response)
• Comfortable with pediatric patients and family-centered home environments
• Current CPR certification
• Reliable, compassionate, and a strong communicator with parents and caregivers
• Home health or private duty experience a plus, but we'll also talk to strong pediatric nurses ready to learn our way of doing things
