As the Executive Assistant, you will be the strategic partner who helps the CEO stay focused on the work that matters most—advancing City Bus’s mission, supporting organizational effectiveness, and strengthening service to the community. This role goes far beyond calendar management and office coordination; it is about creating the conditions for leadership to be prepared, efficient, thoughtful, and effective every day through strong judgment, seamless communication, and exceptional follow-through.
By protecting time, managing priorities, anticipating needs, and handling sensitive matters with discretion, this role directly helps City Bus live out its commitment to excellent service, community impact, and a better future for Greater Lafayette.

Qualifications Minimum of five years of professional or administrative experience.
Demonstrated ability to maintain strict confidentiality, integrity, and professionalism.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to maintain meticulous records, manage multiple priorities, and demonstrate a strong work ethic with adaptability in a fast paced, evolving environment.
Must meet agency standards for motor vehicle licensing, drug screening, and criminal background clearance.
