Since 1953, Wabash Center has been a leader in enhancing the quality of life for individuals with disabilities and special needs. We are seeking an organized, professional, and customer-focused Administrative Assistant to support our Day Services and Supported Living departments.
What You'll Do- Manage the front desk and reception area while providing exceptional customer service.
- Answer and direct incoming calls using a multi-line phone system.
- Welcome visitors professionally and courteously.
- Provide administrative support to department leadership and program managers.
- Assist with filing, mail distribution, data entry, document scanning, and record maintenance.
- Maintain office supply inventory and assist with purchasing department supplies.
- Help ensure office equipment is functioning properly.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the lobby and reception areas.
- Support special projects and other administrative duties as assigned.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.

Requirements What We're Looking For- High school diploma or GED required.
- At least one year of administrative, clerical, or office support experience preferred.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general office technology.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
