A bumper to bumper, master certified technician capable of diagnosing and repairing any system of the automobile without supervision. In most cases, are leaders in the shop and chosen to support the development of other technicians when needed. At times, may be called upon to interface with customers in various capacities.

Additional InformationBob Rohrman Hyundai is seeking a skilled and dependable Automotive Service Technician to join our growing service department. We are looking for someone who takes pride in quality repairs, works efficiently, and is committed to providing an excellent customer experience.
Responsibilities- Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical vehicle concerns
- Perform maintenance and repairs according to manufacturer specifications
- Complete accurate and thorough multi-point inspections
- Use diagnostic equipment to identify vehicle concerns
- Clearly document the cause of each concern and the correction performed
- Communicate repair recommendations to service advisors
- Perform quality-control checks and verify repairs
- Complete required manufacturer training and certifications
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Protect customers’ vehicles while they are in your care
- Previous automotive repair experience is preferred
- Hyundai, Genesis, or dealership experience is a plus
- ASE certifications are preferred but not required
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
- Must provide your own basic tools
- Dependable, professional, and team-oriented
- Willingness to complete Hyundai training and maintain required certifications

Hyundai Technical Training Equivalency Assessment Program
Hyundai welcomes experienced technicians from other OEMs. The program allows technicians with training from an industry-recognized source, other than Hyundai, to test out of certain Hyundai instructor-led technical training courses, provided they meet certain requirements.
