Business Need
This role supports the Design & Construction (D&C) team by coordinating meetings and reviews, preparing contract documents, managing contract routing and approval workflows, and tracking payment applications across the D&C Trimble platform and Oracle. The position also pulls monthly cashflow, contingency, and financial reports for dashboard reporting.

Top Responsibilities- Track and route contracts for approval, purchase orders, and status updates.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, reviews, and related documentation.
- Monitor and track payment applications within Trimble and Oracle.
- Generate and maintain finance-related reports, including cashflow and contingency dashboards.
- Collaborate daily with internal D&C team members, contracted firms, and regional departments.
- Strong multi-tasking and organizational abilities
- Problem-solving and analytical thinking
- Accuracy in tracking, reporting, and documentation
- Experience with MS Office products, Trimble, & Oracle
Provides project management support to leaders and team members, including assisting with planning, execution, progress monitoring, and delivery of key outcomes. Collaborates across teams to ensure alignment, gathers information to assess situations, and makes recommendations to leaders. Ensures high‑quality customer service and professional representation of the department.
The role will be Hybrid. Must be onsite 2‑3 days per week.
Must reside in Indiana.
RequirementsBachelor’s degree in a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Clinical licensure and applicable certifications as required by unit or departmental specialty in accordance with patient care policies.
- 0–3 years of relevant professional experience.
- Experience working within a matrixed organization and navigating complex operational environments preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to exercise sound judgment and diplomacy when managing unexpected issues and frequent interruptions.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel).
