Our client is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee construction projects from pre-construction through completion. The ideal candidate will have strong project management, budgeting, scheduling, subcontractor coordination, and client communication skills.

The Construction Project Manager will be responsible for ensuring projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and according to quality standards and specifications.

• Manage construction projects from planning and pre-construction through project closeout.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and timelines.
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, field teams, and other project stakeholders.
• Monitor daily site progress and ensure work aligns with plans and specifications.
• Lead project meetings and maintain clear communication with clients, contractors, and internal teams.
• Review construction plans, drawings, specifications, and change orders.
• Track project costs, expenses, and financial performance.
• Identify and resolve project issues, delays, and field challenges.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and quality standards.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, reports, and records.
• Perform quality control throughout all phases of construction.
• Coordinate closely with field and office teams to ensure successful project execution.
• Manage multiple projects or project phases when required.

• Proven experience in Construction Project Management or Construction Management.
• Strong project coordination and scheduling skills.
• Experience managing subcontractors, vendors, and construction crews.
• Strong understanding of construction methods, processes, and best practices.
• Knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
• Experience with project budgeting, cost tracking, and forecasting.
• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and project phases simultaneously.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and construction/project management software.
• Ability and willingness to work on-site in Lafayette, IN.

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience with construction scheduling and project management platforms.
• Experience managing projects from pre-construction through closeout.

The strongest candidate will be a hands-on Construction Project Manager with experience managing the full project lifecycle, including scheduling, budgeting, subcontractor management, change orders, client communication, quality control, and closeout
