Provide customer service by greeting and actively helping visitors with transporting and way-finding;
Conduct rounds in waiting rooms, inpatient rooms, Emergency Department, and Outpatient and Surgery areas to identify needs and address complaints;
Oversee volunteers and provide training to ensure quality of service;
Solicit grievances and complaints from patients and family members and act as liaison to resolve concerns;
Monitor inventory needs and place orders to maintain supplies
