This facility is seeking an Oncology Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.

Details & requirements for this opportunity:

• Schedule:
  
  Monday
  -Friday, 8 am
  -5:30 pm
• Practice Setting:
  Inpatient/Outpatient/Telehealth
• Type of cases; required procedures: 70% Oncology, 30% Hematology, support to maintain coverage
• Credentialing timeframe: 90 days
• Electronic Medical Record (EMR):
  Cerner
• Certifications required:
  Board Certified, Fellowship required, Basic Life Support (BLS)
• Licensure required:
  Indiana Active State License

Facility Location
Lafayette is just s short drive north from Indianapolis and just across the river from West Lafayette, home of Purdue University. Although Purdue is located across the river, it in many ways bolsters the economy and entertainment options of its sister city.
