This facility is seeking a Urology Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.

• Schedule:
  
  24-hour call, 7a-7a
• Practice Setting:
  Inpatient
• Type of cases:
  Urology cases, emergency department rounding, 3-5 consults per day, 2 surgeries per day
• Credentialing timeframe: 90 days
• Electronic Medical Record (EMR):
  Cerner
• Certifications required:
  Board Certified, Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Basic Life Support certifications (BLS)
• Licensure required:
  Active Indiana State Medical License
