• Active State of Indiana Esthetician License required.
• Active State of Indiana Educator License required.
• Experience in the beauty industry, particularly in esthetics, is highly desirable.
• Prior teaching or training experience is a plus but not mandatory.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to provide effective instructions.
• A genuine passion for teaching and helping students achieve their goals.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings.

In support of the pay transparency laws enacted across the country, the expected salary range for this position is between $21.00 and $23.00/hr actual pay will be adjusted based on job‑related factors permitted by law, such as experience and training; geographic location; licensure and certifications; market factors; departmental budgets; and responsibility.
