As a Substitute Teacher, you will have the vital responsibility of stepping into the classrooms of our talented instructors whenever they are unavailable. • Deliver engaging lessons according to pre‑established curriculum and lesson plans.
• Conduct hands‑on training and practical demonstrations in various cosmetology techniques.

• Maintain a positive and safe classroom environment for all students.
• Collaborate with faculty and staff to uphold educational standards.

• Must have a valid Cosmetology or Esthetics License in the State of Indiana.
• Must have an active Beauty of Culture Educator License in the State of Indiana.
• Strong background and experience in the cosmetology/esthetics field is a plus.
• Previous teaching or instructional experience preferred, but not required.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage with diverse student populations.
• A passion for teaching and commitment to student success.

In support of the pay transparency laws enacted across the country, the expected salary range for this position is between $20.00 and $24.00/hr actual pay will be adjusted based on job‑related factors permitted by law, such as experience and training; geographic location; licensure and certifications; market factors; departmental budgets; and responsibility.
