Christina & Company Education Center is looking for a licensed Cosmetology Instructor to join our education team!
We are seeking a passionate, knowledgeable beauty professional who enjoys teaching, mentoring, and helping the next generation of cosmetologists build the skills and confidence they need to succeed in the industry.
Qualifications:- Must hold a current Indiana Cosmetology Instructor License or willing to obtain one through our program.
- Strong knowledge of cosmetology theory and practical applications
- Passion for educating and mentoring students
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional, dependable, and enthusiastic
- Providing classroom and hands-on instruction to cosmetology students
- Demonstrating proper techniques and professional salon practices
- Evaluating student progress and providing constructive feedback
- Teaching proper sanitation, safety, and infection-control procedures
Preparing students for the Indiana state licensing examination - Maintaining a positive, professional, and supportive learning environment
- Helping students develop the technical and professional skills necessary for a successful career in the beauty industry
Someone who doesn't just know cosmetology —
