Electrical Engineer – Industrial Manufacturing

About the Role:We're looking for an Electrical Engineer to lead design and implementation projects that optimize our manufacturing operations. You'll work on everything from upgrading production equipment to implementing automation solutions that drive efficiency and safety.
What You'll Do:- ✅ Lead electrical engineering projects from concept through commissioning
- ✅ Design and upgrade control systems, PLCs, HMIs, VFDs, and electrical panels
- ✅ Program and troubleshoot Allen Bradley PLCs and automation platforms
- ✅ Support maintenance teams with technical troubleshooting and problem-solving
- ✅ Manage capital project budgets, timelines, and vendor relationships
- ✅ Drive cost reduction and safety initiatives through smart engineering
- ✅ Develop PLC/HMI programs and integrate systems across the facility
- 🔹 Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering/Technology OR Associate's + 3+ years industrial experience
- 🔹 Experience with VFD and HMI programming across multiple platforms
- 🔹 Proficiency with RSLogix 500/5000, Studio 5000, Factory Talk, Siemens Step-7, AutoCAD
- 🔹 Knowledge of electrical codes, power distribution, and industrial controls
- 🔹 Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- 🔹 Microsoft Office and CAD proficiency
