- Process data relative to Engine Operation and Service Bulletin incorporation in Engine Workscopes
- Partnering with cost focals to understand spare part and repair parts delivery issues
- Understand the causes for part exposure and consumption at the shop
- Develop pareto causes for exposure and scrap
- Work with the global MRO network on tracking exposure and consumption
- Documentation on all findings during disassembly
- Address follow‑up questions or requests from GE Aerospace hardware owners
- Supporting other initiatives related to MRO throughput activities
- Preferred approx. 5 years in Engine MRO or Repair support
- Able to create pareto charts to track exposure and scrap.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative on new tasks
- Able to travel on‑site to facility with own transportation
- Strong organizational skills, repair knowledge, and attention to small and major details
- Flexibility in working hours to align with engine disassembly and inspection
$62K- $65K
Compensation decisions are made based on factors including experience, skills, education, and other job‑related factors, in accordance with our internal pay structure. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, paid time off, and retirement plan.
Work Requirements:This role is considered an on‑site position located in Lafayette, IN
- You must be able to commute to and from the location with your own transportation arrangements to meet the required working hours.
- Shop floor environment, which may include but not limited to extensive walking, and ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
Due to the nature of the work, daily travel to site is required.
