What You’ll Do As An Automation Specialist- Collaborate with the sales team to solve complex customer challenges through a consultative approach.
- Support and promote advanced automation technologies, including Rockwell Automation solutions.
- Provide technical guidance and education to customers to improve their operational success.
- Assist customers in implementing solutions involving Industrial Controls.
- Support automation initiatives tied to Industrial IoT in manufacturing environments.
- Build strong customer relationships through professionalism and technical expertise.
- Functional knowledge of Industrial Controls.
- Familiarity with factory plant floors and industrial equipment preferred.
- Degree in Electrical Engineering (EE), Electrical Engineering Technology (EET), Mechanical Engineering Technology (MET), or equivalent.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Goal‑oriented, self‑motivated, and detail‑driven.
- Strong critical thinking and problem‑resolution skills.
- Interest in Industrial Automation Consultation involved in Industrial manufacturing settings.
- Collaborative work environment supporting both customers and internal sales teams.
- Exposure to cutting‑edge automation technologies.

- Travel within the Central Indiana market as needed.
- Full‑time schedule, Monday–Friday.
