• Collaborate with the sales team to solve complex customer challenges through a consultative approach.
• Support and promote advanced automation technologies, including Rockwell Automation solutions.
• Provide technical guidance and education to customers to improve their operational success.
• Assist customers in implementing solutions involving Industrial Controls.
• Support automation initiatives tied to Industrial IoT in manufacturing environments.
• Build strong customer relationships through professionalism and technical expertise.

• Functional knowledge of Industrial Controls.
• Familiarity with factory plant floors and industrial equipment preferred.
• Degree in Electrical Engineering (EE), Electrical Engineering Technology (EET), Mechanical Engineering Technology (MET), or equivalent.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Goal‑oriented, self‑motivated, and detail‑driven.
• Strong critical thinking and problem‑resolution skills.
• Interest in Industrial Automation Consultation involved in Industrial manufacturing settings.
