The Partners Alliance has been retained by Arconic to conduct a confidential search for a Senior Electrical Engineer at its Lafayette, Indiana facility. This opportunity is ideal for an engineering professional with hands-on industrial experience, particularly in manufacturing environments that require close collaboration with production operators and maintenance teams.
Qualified candidates should possess:
- Experience supporting operations on the manufacturing shop floor
- PLC programming and troubleshooting experience in an industrial environment
- Strong electrical systems knowledge within heavy manufacturing operations
- Experience working with high-voltage equipment is highly preferred
