Required Skills
- Bachelor’s/Master’s in Manufacturing, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing equipment, maintenance processes, and spare parts management
- Experience with data analysis (part consumption, availability, cost optimization)
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint (reporting and presentations)
- Ability to collaborate with Engineering, Production, and Supply Chain teams
- Supplier coordination/procurement experience (preferred)
- Develop and manage spare parts strategy for production equipment
- Analyze machine components (pumps, motors, drives, valves, tools) and identify OEM part numbers
- Identify and qualify suppliers for critical spare parts
- Optimize procurement processes to reduce lead times and avoid downtime
- Analyze BOMs, maintenance data, and failure history to define critical spares and stock levels
- Support maintenance teams with technical insights and documentation
- Drive cross-functional alignment to improve machine reliability and uptime
