Position Overview:
Lead reliability improvements for CNC machining centers to enhance equipment availability, OEE, and process capability. Utilize structured reliability methods (TPM, RCCA, PFMEA, predictive maintenance) to eliminate chronic losses and stabilize throughput. Collaborate with Manufacturing Engineering, Maintenance, and Production to embed a reliability-focused culture and standard work.

Typical task breakdown:
- Perform data analysis & support maintenance team to improve machine availability.
- Lead data-driven reliability initiatives for critical assets, with a primary focus on increasing machine uptime and MTBF.
- Analyze Llumin downtime data to identify recurring issues and find reliability gaps.
- Initiate RCCA efforts for chronic failures, ensuring PCAs are put in place to address true root causes.
- Evaluate preventive maintenance activities against actual downtime drivers. Identify gaps and ineffective PMs. Propose data-driven PM improvements, frequency/interval changes, and new PM tasks.
- Coordinate with Maintenance, Operations, and OEMs/Integrators on inspections, diagnostics, and corrective actions on critical assets.
- Track machine health indicators such as MTBF, MTTR, availability, and PM compliance.
- Put together clear one-pagers, detailing failures and what must change to stop them.
- Develop repeatable reliability analysis processes that can be duplicated across multiple machines and value streams.
