Position OverviewDSN is hiring an Engine Systems Engineer for an onsite role in Lafayette, IN. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career engineer to build hands‑on experience supporting engine modeling, parts ordering, and bill of material management within a New Product Introduction (NPI) engineering environment.
Key Responsibilities- Engine modeling
- Parts ordering
- Bill of material (BOM) management
- This role supports the NPI (New Product Introduction) engineering leads
- Regular interaction with L3 and L4 team members
- Work environment is approximately 80% office and 20% shop floor
- 1-2+ years of relevant experience
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field required; new graduates are welcome to apply
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong communication skills

Expected Compensation: $58,000 - 63,000 per annum
