Job SummaryThe Events & Parties Supervisor position oversees the execution and guest experience of birthdays, company events, and any other functions held at the park. The role oversees party hosts and assists the Party Manager on daily duties needed to execute events, including taking payment and addressing party contacts’ issues. Other duties are assigned by the party manager and/or operation team.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee all activities during the event to ensure everything runs smoothly and according to plan, including supervising party hosts, managing timelines, and addressing any issues or concerns that may arise.
- Assist host staff with cleaning party areas, delivering food, setting up banquet spaces, and other day‑of duties needed for event execution.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and guests throughout the event, addressing questions and ensuring their needs are met in a timely and professional manner.
- Proactively identify and resolve any issues that may arise during the event with the assistance of the operations team.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies during the event, including proper handling of equipment, food safety standards, and emergency procedures.
- High school or equivalent education required.
- Excellent customer service orientation and focus on customer satisfaction.
- Strong people skills and ability to resolve guest issues during events.
- Ability to be on your feet for long periods of time.
- Outgoing personality with a positive attitude toward guests and the guest experience.
- Valid driver's license required.
- May be required to stand, walk, talk, read, write, climb, balance, reach, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl, and lift or move objects up to 20 pounds.
