EssentialJob Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist in all aspects of event‑day preparation and execution.
- Control appropriate entry into each venue, collecting and scanning tickets, verifying wristbands and badges, and directing traffic entering and exiting the venue.
- Understand the policies, procedures, and regulations of different venues, facilities, and events.
- Initiate a genuine, friendly and personal greeting to guests as they arrive at your facility entrance, aisle, concourse area or other location, and thank them sincerely as you complete the encounter.
- Provide guests with helpful directions or suggestions that enhance their entertainment experience.
- Interact with guests using a smile and natural speaking voice, including inflection and friendly tone.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Must successfully complete a background investigation and mandatory pre‑employment testing, including self‑reporting as required.
- Must be professional, articulate and able to exercise independent judgment and discretion.
- Must be willing to work overtime as needed.
- Must possess outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
- Part‑time flexible scheduling under 30 hours per week that fits personal life goals.
