As Chief Financial Officer, you will serve as a trusted strategic advisor and operational partner to executive leadership. You will provide financial clarity, strengthen operational discipline, and help architect financial infrastructure required to support continued growth and scalability.

• Serve as a strategic partner to executive leadership
• Lead all aspects of accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, treasury, and compliance
• Provide actionable financial insights to support operational excellence
• Develop and execute short- and long-term financial strategies
• Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial reporting
• Lead ERP implementation and financial systems improvements
• Build and mentor a high-performing finance team
• Establish strong internal controls and compliance practices
• Partner cross-functionally to support business performance and growth

• Providing clear financial visibility and decision support
• Building scalable financial systems and processes
• Strengthening financial discipline across the organization
• Developing a strong and capable finance team
• Serving as a trusted advisor to executive leadership
• Helping guide the company’s next phase of growth

Required:

• 10+ years of progressive Accounting and Finance experience
• Senior leadership experience (Director, VP, Controller, or CFO level)
• Experience leading financial planning, reporting, and analysis
• Experience leading and developing finance teams
• Strong strategic thinking and communication skills

Preferred:

• Public accounting background (CPA preferred)
• Manufacturing, distribution, or industrial experience
• ERP implementation experience
• Experience in privately-owned or growth-oriented organizations
• Performance-based incentive compensation
