Chase - 3420 State Road 26 E - Responsibilities:
Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients entering the branch and managing lobby flow with a tablet;
Provide account servicing and maintenance and open new accounts while following policies and regulatory requirements;
Educate clients on day-to-day banking and digital self-service options like Chase Mobile App, , and ATMs;
Build trusted relationships by listening, asking questions, and sharing product knowledge with clients and teammates;
Perform branch operations including cash handling and operating cash devices like cash vaults/ATMs in accordance with bank procedures
