Select Medical is seeking a Physical Therapist for a position in Lafayette, Indiana.

Title: Physical Therapist – Outpatient (KORT)
Location: KORT Floyds Knobs, 6715 Highway 150, Suite 100, Floyds Knobs, IN 47119
Schedule: Monday–Friday (no weekends)
Compensation: Starting at $72,000–$95,000 annual base, commensurate with experience
Incentives: Potential sign‑on bonuses of $10,000–$20,000 and an indefinite student debt relief program

• Complete and maintain all corporate and clinical services required training and maintain compliance with state/local/federal regulations.
• Evaluate, treat, direct, and document treatment for patients.
• Maintain open and respectful communication with colleagues, physicians, patients, family members, and third‑party payors.
• Attend and participate in center meetings as directed by the center manager.

• Graduate from an American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) accredited PT school.
• Outpatient experience in the last 5 years if practicing clinician, or outpatient clinical rotation if a current student.
• Valid State Physical Therapist License.
• CPR certification.
