What You Can Expect:

  • Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM or 7:00 AM–3:30 PM
  • Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) preferred for this position
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Prior experience in Occupational Health required
  • Familiarity with Systoc, PureOHS, Working Well, and case management systems
  • Ensure laboratory compliance by reviewing and taking appropriate action on items including titers, exposures, PPD, hepatitis B vaccines, and vaccination declinations
  • Maintain accurate data in Agility, including monitoring EHS visits (PPD/QuantiFERON), incident report entry, injury case management, visit tracking, and reporting
  • Maintain and update employee health policies and procedures
  • Coordinate Fitness for Duty evaluations (e.g., FCEs, reasonable suspicion drug testing, EAP-mandated programs)
  • Plan, manage, and oversee the annual flu vaccination program and similar initiatives
  • Maintain OSHA logs for employee injuries and submit required annual reports
  • Prepare and provide reports to Infection Control, Safety, Quality, and FPO committees
  • Plan, manage, and monitor the flu vaccine program and similar programs as needed
  • Monitor RL6 daily for new employee injuries and exposures
  • Maintain, track, and report compliance data for regulatory agencies (e.g., OSHA, Board of Health, HFAP)

Qualifications:

  • Associate's degree in Nursing / Patient Care
    - Preferred
  • 2 years In lieu of Associate's, patient care or hospital/physician practice
    - Required
  • Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) - American Heart Association
    - Preferred within 90 days
