As a Direct Support Professional (DSP), you'll provide person-centered support to individuals in our Supported Living
. You'll help individuals develop daily living skills, participate in community activities, achieve personal goals, and receive the support they need to live as independently as possible.

Supported Living
  • Day shifts
  • Evening shifts
  • Overnight shifts
  • Schedules vary based on service site and individual needs
  • Full-Time

Supported Living services operate 24/7 and require weekend availability.

  • Every Saturday
  • Every Sunday
  • Every other Saturday and Sunday
Weekend shifts are 12-hour shifts and are required for Supported Living positions.Overnight Availability

Employees working overnight shifts must also meet weekend scheduling requirements. Eligible options include:

  • Every other weekend (Saturday and Sunday)
  • Every Friday Overnight
  • Every Saturday (Day, Evening or, Overnight)
Working only Sunday overnight does not satisfy the weekend availability requirement.What You'll DoSupport Individuals in Daily Living
  • Assist with personal care and activities of daily living (ADLs)
  • Support individuals in Supported Living homes and Day Services programs
  • Assist with meal preparation, household tasks, and community participation
  • Help individuals achieve personal goals and increase independence
Build Skills & Promote Independence
  • Teach life skills such as cooking, budgeting, household management, and community living skills
  • Encourage self-advocacy, personal growth, and decision-making
  • Promote meaningful participation in community activities and relationships
Health & Safety Support
  • Administer medications and monitor health-related needs
  • Follow individual support plans and agency procedures
  • Maintain a safe and supportive environment
Transportation & Community Access
  • Provide transportation to appointments, employment opportunities, recreational activities, and community events
  • Support individuals in developing greater community connections and independence
Requirements
  • Valid driver's license
  • Reliable transportation
  • Vehicle registration
  • Proof of insurance
  • Ability to pass a background screening
  • Compassionate, dependable, and professional attitude
Preferred
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Experience in direct support services, caregiving, healthcare, disability services, or related fields
  • Experience supporting individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilitie s
