HR Manager, Employee Relations, Talent Manager
Location: Lafayette, IN area
Schedule: Hybrid with flexible working hours
Compensation: $100,000 – $105,000 base salary
Bonus: Discretionary bonus based on individual and company performance

The HR Manager will oversee all core human resources functions and serve as the primary HR leader for the organization. This role blends strategic oversight with hands‑on execution and is ideal for someone who enjoys ownership, problem‑solving, and building strong relationships across operations. You will lead HR operations, support leadership, and ensure compliance while helping drive recruitment, employee engagement, and organizational growth.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage the HR function as the senior HR professional within the organization
- Oversee benefits administration, employee support, and HR policy management
- Serve as backup support for payroll processing utilizing Paycom
- Manage full‑cycle recruiting efforts for hourly and operational roles
- Handle employee relations matters, providing guidance and resolution support
- Partner with leadership to improve HR processes, retention strategies, and workplace culture
- Maintain compliance with employment laws, policies, and HR best practices
- Supervise and mentor one direct HR report
- 5–10 years of progressive HR experience
- Bachelor’s degree (any discipline)
- Proven ability to lead HR initiatives and operate independently
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, hands‑on manufacturing environment
- Strong communication and problem‑solving skills
- Experience with Paycom or similar HRIS/payroll systems
- Strong Excel skills
- Bilingual capabilities are a plus
