A premier provider of parcel processing and mail sorting equipment is seeking a Customer Support Technician in Lafayette, Indiana. This role involves troubleshooting and resolving customer issues, providing support via phone and email, and acting as a liaison with the Engineering team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to travel to customer sites.

The position may allow for hybrid work after training, primarily working Monday-Friday from 3:00 PM to midnight.
