We are seeking an Immigration Associate Attorney whose primary responsibility is to support our Sales and Consultation team by reviewing potential new cases and providing legal strategy guidance during consultations. This role is internally focused and plays a critical role in our intake process. You will help determine whether cases are viable, identify appropriate legal pathways, and ensure consultations are accurate, ethical, and efficient.
This is not a litigation or courtroom role. It is ideal for an attorney who enjoys reviewing facts, making sound legal determinations, and supporting a fast‑paced, high‑volume intake environment. This role primarily supports the team and intake process and does not involve managing an independent caseload.
