Operator II - Logistics

The Operator II is responsible for internal allocation, delivery, and final disposal of resources, including inventory counts and third‑party warehousing.

• Coordinate transportation of goods and supplies to ensure on‑time delivery.
• Perform basic warehouse and store tasks under supervision to maintain accurate records.
• Conduct basic inventory control tasks and checks on quantities, quality, and availability.
• Operate equipment and machinery, carrying out routine tasks as instructed.
• Input content into standard templates and handle material collection and photocopying.
• Coordinate routine warehouse and store tasks and ensure compliance with procedures.
• Complete routine packaging tasks and assist others following established procedures.
• Coordinate shipments to and from third‑party warehousing and prepare routine shipments from start to finish.
• Meet deadlines with self‑motivation, completing tasks 24 hours before the deadline when required.

• High School Diploma and 3 years of experience.
• Understanding and executing straightforward processes.
• Independent use of office equipment and software, while providing technical guidance.
• Clear verbal skills and ability to formulate plans.
• Perform mathematical operations and report analysis with guidance.
• Plan, prioritize, and oversee activities to meet objectives with occasional guidance.
• Speak clearly and convincingly with guidance.
