Field Service Technician

In this role at Kirby Risk, you will collect customer’s machine data for predictive maintenance analysis and reporting, along with electro‑mechanical troubleshooting, diagnosis, and on‑site repair. Some of the specific duties include vibration analysis, dynamic balancing, laser alignment, infrared thermography, and start‑up of variable frequency drives. Our experienced technicians provide on‑the‑job training.

• College level coursework, Trade or Technical school certification or equivalent work experience
• Mechanical and/or Electrical experience is recommended
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• A demonstrated mechanical aptitude and the ability to work independently
• Ability to follow written and verbal instruction
• A strong desire to continually learn predictive maintenance techniques
