Description:
This position consists of the overall responsibility of the upkeep of all grounds and building Maintenance.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Below are examples of the type of duties you could be responsible for:
- Repair of plant lighting.
- Overall upkeep of plant signage.
- Grounds upkeep mowing weed eating, Snow removal of all parking lots and sidewalks and plant roadways.
- Repair and upkeep of all office areas, painting/lighting/ceiling tile repair.
- Plant floor repair.
