We are seeking a Janitorial/Custodia l Associate (also known as Custodian, Cleaner, Janitorial Technician, Facilities Associate, or Environmental Services Associate
) to help maintain clean, safe, and welcoming environments for the individuals, families, staff, and community partners we serve.

This position offers a structured schedule that provides consistency while keeping your workweek engaging and varied.

Monday through Friday

• 3:00 PM until 11:30 PM

• Consistent, dependable hours
• Variety throughout the week
• No guessing where you'll be working from week to week

• Perform routine janitorial and custodial services at our Greenbush location
• Vacuum, mop, dust mop, spot clean, and buff floors
• Remove trash and maintain clean, organized spaces
• Clean walls, windows, and other facility surfaces
• Assist with moving furniture, equipment, and supplies as needed

• Clean and sanitize restrooms daily
• Restock soap, paper products, and other restroom supplies
• Maintain high standards of sanitation and hygiene

• Follow OSHA, safety, and facility procedures
• Identify and report maintenance issues and safety hazards
• Submit maintenance requests as needed
  
  Participate in required safety and in-service training

• Previous janitorial, custodial, cleaning, or facilities maintenance experience
• Knowledge of commercial cleaning procedures, sanitation standards, and infection‑control practices
• Experience operating floor buffers, vacuums, and other janitorial equipment

• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Strong reliability, punctuality, and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Criminal history must meet Wabash Center standards and applicable regulations

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, kneel, and reach throughout the workday
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Ability to perform repetitive motions and remain active for extended periods
