Plant Manager

Join a leading large‑scale, continuous‑process manufacturing site as Plant Manager, overseeing one of the most efficient integrated operations in the sector. This role leads a high‑performance team and manages a highly complex plant with interconnected unit operations, on‑site utilities, and robust EHSQ expectations. You'll set the standard for safety, quality, reliability, and operational excellence while shaping the plant's long‑term performance and culture.

• Drive world‑class EHS & quality performance; ensure compliance and rapid issue resolution.
• Deliver targets for throughput, productivity, cost, and capital.
• Lead a CI‑focused culture; define and improve KPIs using structured operating systems.
• Oversee capital projects, asset care, and reliability improvements.
• Build, coach, and develop a high‑performing leadership team.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally across Ops, EHSQ, Engineering, HR, Finance, and Planning.

• 10+ years in large continuous‑process plants.
• 5+ years operations/manufacturing leadership with progression and quantified results.
• BS in Chemical/Mechanical Engineering or related.
• Proven CI/4DX application; strong analytical, financial, and decision‑making skills.
• Experience managing complex utilities (steam, wastewater, power).
• Strong communicator; able to lead change and build high‑trust teams.
