Total Compensation Package Salary: $35,000 to $39,500 annually

Bonus: $1,000 per month, average success rate is 90

Paid Time Off: 3 weeks

Job Summary Under the direction of the District Manager, the General Manager is responsible for the oversight of gym operations to ensure an exceptional “Judgement Free” member experience, as well as a financially successful club. The GM position is a key member of our team and is responsible for daily club operations, ensuring “Raving Fans” service!

Responsible for recruiting, hiring, training, and developing a high performing staff, consisting of Assistant Managers, Member Service Representatives, and Trainers.

Maintain a welcoming atmosphere for all members, prospective members and guests and ensuring staff follows superior customer service guidelines.

Provides leadership for employee relations through effective communications, coaching, training, and development.

Provides leadership for problem resolution to facilitate fast improvements and improved working relationships.

Scheduling and supervising staff.

Timely and accurate payroll records and submitting of payroll to HR.Member Service and Trainer oversight - Ensuring staff is always providing a superior customer experience, including resolving member situations.
