Grinder​/Machine Operator

• Operate and monitor grinding cell and hand grind to finish metal components according to specifications.
• Perform MIG welding and basic metalworking tasks as required for production.
• Set up, adjust, and maintain cell, ensuring proper tooling and grinding wheel selection.
• Inspect finished products using measuring tools to verify accuracy and quality.
• Operate forklifts safely to move raw materials and finished products.
• Maintain accurate production and inspection records.
• Follow all safety protocols, wear PPE, and keep the work area clean.
• Perform routine machine maintenance and assist with troubleshooting.
• Support other manufacturing tasks as needed to meet production schedules.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience as a grinder machine operator, machine operator, or in a related trade.
• Skilled in MIG welding, metal finishing, and general metalworking.
• Ability to operate forklifts (certification).
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability.
• Able to read and interpret blueprints, job orders, and safety guidelines.
• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.

• Full-time position
• 1st shift 7 AM - 3 PM
• 2nd shift 3 PM - 11 PM
• Use of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) required at all times
