We are currently hiring for a Machine Operator with CNC/Press Brake experience in our Lafayette, IN facility. Job tasks include setup and operation of a press brake, measurement and inspection of parts.
Position Summary- Set up parameters of press brake through the touch screen to adjust tonnage, angle, speed, and number of bends on a work piece.
- Produce parts in the required quantity according to the production schedule.
- Determine angle of bends using a protractor, tape measure, and squares to ensure parts conform to customer specifications.
- Perform in‑process inspections of parts throughout the manufacturing run to ensure they meet visual standards of acceptance.
- Meet Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for safety, quality, production, efficiency, and service requirements.
- Day Shift Only – Monday to Thursday 5:30 am–4:00 pm.

- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Minimum one year of press brake or CNC machine operation experience; or recent certification from a manufacturing or technical program.
- 1–3 years of press brake or CNC experience, or recent certification from a manufacturing or technical program.
