Summary Pay Range: $20.94 - $26.69

Position Notes:

• Please include detailed work history to be considered; attached resume preferred.
• Candidates must be able to read, write, and conduct business in English.
• Hourly pay range of $20.94-$26.69 plus 6% premium for off shifts. Higher rates offered based on experience.
• Candidates must complete the full hiring process which includes successful completion of interview, background check, post‑offer medical questionnaire, and drug screen.
• Candidates must successfully complete and pass Basic Assembly Training (BAT), which is completed as part of the new‑hire orientation and onboarding process.

Job Duties/Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

• Moving material to the assembly line via stand‑up or sit‑down fork truck.
• Helping Stores Controller maintain inventory accuracy on production parts.
• Making sure material is delivered to point of use in FIFO order.

Basic Qualifications:

• Must have at least 2 years of stand‑up fork truck experience.
• Must have good written and oral communication skills.
• Self‑motivated, safety‑conscious individual capable of working independently.
• Basic computer skills.

Top Candidates will also:

• Be flexible to work overtime as needed to support production demands.
• Possess and show strong interpersonal skills and apply customer‑based focus.

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to lift, push, and pull up to 40 lbs.
• Must be able to bend and twist at the waist and be able to squat.
• Consistent usage of required PPE for task being performed.
• Stand on concrete for 8+ hours.

Additional Information:

• Location of this position is in Lafayette, IN.
• Position available is on 3rd shift (10:30pm – 6:30am).
• Relocation assistance is not offered for this position. Any relocation costs incurred would be the responsibility of the selected applicant.
• 13 days/104 hours of Personal Time Off (PTO) – prorated based upon start date.
• 11 paid holidays – prorated based upon start date.
• 40‑hour work weeks with potential for overtime.
