Boiler Technician

• Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair industrial boilers, steam systems, and fluid distribution equipment
• Install, thread, and repair piping systems (black pipe, stainless steel, copper)
• Diagnose issues across mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance to maximize uptime
• Rebuild and install gearboxes, bearings, pumps, motors, shafts, and couplings
• Perform welding repairs (MIG, TIG, Stick) on piping and equipment
• Align and balance rotating equipment
• Support equipment installations, startups, shutdowns, and improvement projects
• Maintain accurate maintenance documentation and lubrication schedules
• Follow all OSHA and company safety standards

• 2–5 years of experience in industrial or manufacturing maintenance
• Hands‑on experience with boilers, piping systems, and pipe fitting
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills
• Welding experience (MIG, TIG, Stick preferred)
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
• Comfortable working at heights (up to 80 ft)
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly
• Knowledge of preventive maintenance and safety programs
• Willingness to obtain RCRA & Mobile Equipment certifications
• 1st Shift Only – No nights, no rotating schedules
