Role Overview

As a Group Leader, you are a front‑line supervisor in our organization and lead our critical process cleaning team in a manufacturing plant. Utilizing our best systems, you manage the safety, quality, and delivery of our task work. You work alongside our team to identify ways to perform the work safer, easier, and faster. You are authentic in your approach and are a skilled communicator.

You deliver best results by embracing our team, getting their contributions, and delivering timely solutions for both our team and our clients.

• At least one year of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment, logistics environment, facility maintenance/management, retail supervision or food service/restaurant supervision required.
• Lean manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, 6‑Sigma or continuous improvement are desired.
• Automotive paint shop experience, industrial process cleaning, or janitorial supervision desired.

• After a conditional offer of employment, all job applicants at Mac Lellan Integrated Services will undergo testing for the presence of illegal drugs.
• Applicants will be required to submit voluntarily to a urine specimen test at a laboratory chosen by the Company. Any applicant who refuses to submit to a drug test or is suspected by the lab to have tampered with the specimen will not be considered for employment.
• Prior to testing, an applicant will be given the opportunity to list all prescription drugs used and their purpose. All legal drugs found in a drug test result will be verified by a Medical Review Officer (MRO), who will verify that prescriptions are valid and being used at the prescribed amounts and that said amounts are reflected appropriately in the urine.
• Any applicant with a confirmed positive test will be denied employment.

• All employees can be drug tested randomly, upon suspicion, post-accident or any other purpose allowed by law.
