Production Associate

We are hiring full‑time production associates for the following shifts:

• 1st Shift – 6:00 am to 2:30 pm ($13.50 /hr + $2 /hr Perfect Attendance Bonus)
• 2nd Shift – 3:00 pm to 11:00 pm ($15.50 /hr + $2 /hr Perfect Attendance Bonus)
• 3rd Shift – 11:00 pm to 7:00 am ($15.50 /hr + $2 /hr Perfect Attendance Bonus)

$50 Referral Bonus and $80 weekly attendance bonus for perfect attendance (subject to eligibility).

As a production associate, you will assist in manufacturing interior and exterior automotive parts while operating state‑of‑the‑art machinery. You will use small hand tools, handle materials for shipping & receiving, and may perform injection molding duties. You must be comfortable working in a manufacturing environment, be able to stand for the duration of the shift, and be ready to work in any department within the facility.

No prior experience required, but any prior knowledge is preferred. You should be quality‑ and safety‑minded, work well in a team, and have the flexibility to learn new tasks.
