Rohrman Automotive Group is seeking an Apprentice Technician to join our collision repair team as a Paint Prepper. You will prepare vehicles for refinishing through washing, sanding, masking, priming, and surface preparation, working closely with Body Technicians and Painters to ensure quality finishes.
Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED and experience with sanding, masking, priming, and surface prep. A valid driver's license and ability to work in a fast-paced shop are required.
