Weekend Shift Assembler - Friday, Saturday & Sunday

Hours:

6:00 AM - 6:30 PM
Pay: $17.50/hour

Pro Resources is hiring Weekend Shift Assemblers for a growing manufacturer that builds custom wood pallets, crates, and skids used to ship and protect large industrial equipment and products. If you enjoy hands‑on work, using tools, and building quality products in a team environment, we'd love to hear from you!

As an Assembler, you will be responsible for building custom wood pallets, crates, and skids to customer specifications.

• Assemble wood pallets, crates, and skids of various sizes.
• Read and follow work instructions and production specifications.
• Safely operate hand tools, power tools, and measuring devices such as tape measures.
• Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
• Follow all company safety procedures and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).

• Ability to pass a pre‑employment drug screen and background check.
• Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 50 pounds on a regular basis.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, twist, and perform repetitive tasks throughout a 12‑hour shift.
• Comfortable using hand tools, power tools, and tape measures.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.
• Previous manufacturing or assembly experience is helpful but not required.
