Caterpillar Inc. Lafayette Engine Center is seeking a Senior Production Manager to lead 2nd shift assembly operations, ensuring safety, quality, and on-time production. You will direct a diverse team, coordinate material, equipment, and manpower, and drive continuous improvement across value streams.
The role requires strong leadership, Lean/Six Sigma experience, and ability to work across buildings within the LEC campus. Relocation is available; onsite five days a week.
