• Starting pay of $34/hour and progression to $40/hour within first 120 days There are further opportunities to advance pay upwards of $53.08/hour with our pay for progression system.

As a Process Operator in our Lafayette South Plant (formerly known as Tate & Lyle) you will be responsible for the safe operation, basic maintenance, and troubleshooting of a highly automated, state of the art system that produces distinctive, high quality ingredients and solutions to the food, beverage, and other industries.

Through our large-scale, efficient manufacturing plants, you will use innovative technology to turn raw materials into distinctive, high quality ingredients for our customers. These ingredients add taste, texture, nutrition and increased functionality to products that millions of people around the world use or consume every day.
