We’re looking for an e‑commerce and digital marketing pro who likes seeing the full picture, from product idea and online launch to performance results. We need someone who’s comfortable juggling platforms, numbers, campaigns, and product details, and who enjoys figuring out how small optimizations turn into real growth.

Our new E-Commerce & Digital Marketing Specialist will play a key role in managing and growing our online sales channels. You’ll oversee day-to-day e-commerce operations, help run paid digital campaigns, and work closely with our creative and operations teams to bring new product ideas to life. We sell B-to-B and B-to-C across platforms like Amazon, Walmart, and our own Woo Commerce sites, so there’s plenty of room to test, learn, and scale what works.

Here are some examples of what you’d be doing with us:

  • Manage product listings, pricing, promotions, and content across online channels (Amazon, Walmart, Woo Commerce, and more)
  • Monitor inventory levels, coordinate with internal teams and suppliers, and update product availability as needed
  • Plan and execute paid digital campaigns, including Amazon Sponsored Products and social media advertising
  • Analyze performance metrics such as traffic, conversion rates, POAS, ROAS, and overall sales trends
  • Research and recommend new e-commerce product opportunities based on market data and trends
  • Collaborate with creative and operations teams to ensure listings are optimized and orders flow smoothly
  • Stay up to date on e‑commerce trends, platform updates, and competitor activity

Other important things:

  • 2–4 years of experience in e‑commerce, digital marketing, or a related role
  • Working knowledge of Amazon Seller Central or similar e‑commerce platforms
  • Experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, or other paid advertising platforms
  • Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills and comfort working with data
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Bonus points for experience with Figma, Canva, Klaviyo, or SEO tools like Ahrefs or SEMrush
