6:00 PM - 6:30 AM

• 24 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
• Must have at least 18 months of Progressive Care Unit experience.
• Experience with Cerner is preferred from any number of months.

• Candidates must have an Indiana license or compact license (required after submission).
• This role may require floating to additional units and locations.
• Travel only, local not allowed.
• Flu vaccination required after submission. Religious, medical, and personal declinations accepted.
• 12 months gap required between for Staff at Program:
  Aya Program - IU Health and no current placement allowed at Program:
  Aya Program - IU Health.
• 12 months gap required between for Per Diem at Program:
  Aya Program - IU Health and no current placement allowed at Program:
  Aya Program - IU Health.

Must have solid Neuro experience

Accessing/Managing Ports, Blood Product Administration, Peripheral Line Care/Management, Starting and maintaining IVs, CVA (Cerebrovascular Accident), Nasal Cannula, Non-invasive airway management, Heparin Protocols, Manage Cardiac drips- no titration, Manage Vasoactive drips-no titration, Interpretation of dysrhythmias, Management of dysrhythmias, IV insulin protocols, Titration of Insulin drips, Post Cardiac Angiogram, Pre/Post Cardiac Cath, and management of Amiodarone and Cardizem drips

Central line care/management, External CPAP/BIPAP, Titrate Cardiac drips, Monitoring Chemotherapy, MS/Tele, PCU/DOU/IMC/Stepdown, and Telemetry

References must cover at least 1 full year of relevant experience in specialty within the past 3 years. Education must be from an ACEN or CCNE accredited program. Valid Driver’s License or Passport accepted.

Will take MS/Tele or PCU RNs.

You must be able to complete labs within 48 hours of signing.

3x12 or 4x12. Every other weekend. IU Health will not allow IN RN’s to work at their facilities. Exceptions include:
Periop/OR RN’s, Allied and Ambulatory RN travelers are exempt from this rule. Periop includes ENDO, IR RN, PACU, Cath Lab RN, SDS.

• AUTO OFFER - NO INTERVIEW:
  This is an auto-offer position. You will likely not interview with the facility prior to receiving an offer. However, an interview can be arranged upon request. All time off requests must be submitted eduling requests must be worked out with the manager directly upon starting the assignment. Any offers for this job will require a clear “Yes” or “No” response from the nurse within 24hrs or the offer must be declined.

5 days maximum time off. Facility holidays: 11/26/2026, 12/25/2026, 01/01/2027. Number of holidays allowed off: 1.
